Researchers at Louisiana State University found research subjects who ate two eggs every morning lost 65% more weight than those who ate another breakfast with the same number of calories.
Both groups followed a reduced-calorie diet, but the egg-eaters said they felt fuller and ate fewer calories throughout the day. And the egg-eating group’s cholesterol levels didn’t rise.
