Its 3.30 AM and I have a pain in my lower stomach. I stopped eating
and drinking 6 hours ago. I have taken Zantac 75 to relieve the pain.
I am feeling bilious (belching) & I am probably drinking too much
alcohol, & eating tomatoes with fried bacon for breakfast. Do I have
a problem now? This is my first ever packet of Zantac 75. Should I
be going to see a physician?
I know all of the above may seem stupid but I am starting to try to
find a resolution some where..

Methods for addressing GERD and controlling its symptoms are voluminous on
the web, and a google search on “GERD” will return a lot of hits with info
on ways to manage it.
Yes, I would suggest you see a doctor. He/she will set you on a course of
treatment, and will be able to determine whether or not this is severe
enough to warrant further diagnostic work.

You have told us the problem and the cause 🙂 You can save money on the
Zantac by having a sensible eating and drinking regime.
