I’m sorry for long time without reaction.
There is no progress with the latest snapshot from 14th of May :-(,
still the same problem.
I’ve updated http://www.marbes.cz/helpdesk/phpbug/index.htm so you can
find result of latest phpinfo() there.
No feedback was provided for this bug for over a week, so it is
being suspended automatically. If you are able to provide the
information that was originally requested, please do so and change
the status of the bug back to “Open”.

I cannot reproduce this. WIll you help me by describing the
circumstances when this fails.
Which php sapi do you use? CGI isapi, etc…
What “Directory Security” setting in IIS are you using and other
details of your setup.
