I have a Terminal Server that is not doing much right now. Is it possible to
install the Web components of CRM on the TS box and the SQL components on
another box? If so… Does this produce any significant security risks as
the TS box is used by VPN clients?

as long as you lock down your users however I would still prefer to put the
web server on another box.

What do you mean by web components

CRM has two parts: SQL Server (database) and CRM Server (which provides
the web based GUI, application server and CRM SDK).
(other needed parts are AD & EXCHANGE)
He is not talking about the data base.

Installing OFS on TS is not possible I heard, is that true?
You talked about installing the server on a ts isn’t it?

It is true that you cannot use SFO on a Terminal Server
