I run gnome 2.14 from the gpw repository. Very nice, fast and sexy 🙂
I try to upgrade epiphany for some time know and end up with the below
Unable to determine the address of the message bus
What does that mean ?
Any hints ?

It sounds like you don’t have the dbus daemon running. If you do, you will
see something like: [user@msg ~]# ps -A | grep dbus
2778 ? 00:00:00 dbus-daemon-1
3412 ? 00:00:00 dbus-launch
3413 ? 00:00:00 dbus-daemon-1
rather than …[user@msg ~]# ps -A | grep dbus
If the ps -A command does not show that it is running, use drakxservices to
start it (check ‘enable at boot’ box also). It is called ‘messagebus’ in
the drakxservices configuration tool, and is the daemon which broadcasts
notification of system events and other messages.
(Run it as root. The & causes a process to be spawned so that you can keep
using your terminal rather than having to wait until you close
drakxservices before getting a command prompt back.)

Great to see that more and more people are picking up the Epiphany
browser. Please come around for a chat with other interested users and
developers on irc (irc.gnome.org/#epiphany) some time!
